PROPAGANDA: NEW-RIGHT

What is a "new right?" It is the ideas of a free economy.  It is a form of social balance.  I wonder what this individual has for the people.

For purposes of this photo, it portrays an art and just as any painting, it used what was available to capture the eye of the beholder, thus, it was manufactured and created resulting in the final product, the photograph.

PROPAGANDA: CODIFICATION

Codification.  A result of rule of law.  In society it is the Politician that decides the terms because of the various aspects of society.  It is the Politician that serves to make the world a better place for suburbia.
