PROPAGANDA: SOCIAL CONTRACT

A "social contract." It means that individuals that have similar objectives work together to benefit off of the relations.  These social contracts are the basis of the rule of law.  It is however that rule of law itself that makes the social contract codified rather than a custom.

PROPAGANDA: COMPETANCE

"Competance." It is a word used to describe the result of experiential learning through the institutions of academia.  It is a way to depict the innovation in sex and intimacy.  It is the competant mind that excites the sex that the lay people partake in.  I wonder what he does for it.

A community is a place where individuals conduct their day to day activities.  It is a place where individuals gather to share their beliefs about the community.  In a community, socialization and communication take place.  It is this then where social mobilization occurs.
