When I think about liberty and liberalisim, I think of freedoms. Freedoms are important here and I think thats what this individual is depicting here. He certainly is making an interesting expression. What could it mean?
For purposes of these photos, it portrays an art and just as any painting, it used what was available to capture the eye of the beholder, thus, it was manufactured and created resulting in the final product, the photographs.
