What is a fact? A fact is a depiction of an acctual person, place, thing or event. It is a part of reality that is recalled and communicated so that something can be done to benifit a cause or a purpose. Facts are the basis of what exists today. I'm a fact, she is a fact and that person doing the dirty can also be a fact. Regaurdless facts have something in common, they have occored or are occoring.
For purposes of these photos, it portrays an art and just as any painting, it used what was available to capture the eye of the beholder, thus, it was manufactured and created resulting in the final product, the photographs.
