PROPAGANDA: WEIGH THE ODDS

What is a liberty scale?  It is a way to weigh the odds of every choice an individual makes.  What is it weighed against?  It can only be weighed against the rules.  I wonder what rules there are when engaging in self interest?  Self interest?  What do you mean?  You know, the self interest were I wanna get down there.

For purposes of these photos, it portrays an art and just as any painting, it used what was available to capture the eye of the beholder, thus, it was manufactured and created resulting in the final product, the photographs.
