Conservatisim is an ideology that involves holding tradition. It means that there is a value structure by which actions go through deliberation before being actioned. I wonder what values he has? I'm sure he is working for something that would do something for society. I wonder what it is.
For purposes of this photo, it portrays an art and just as any painting, it used what was available to capture the eye of the beholder, thus, it was manufactured and created resulting in the final product, the photograph.
