Equality and equity are the basis by which policy serves the citizens. It is the way by which people in society can improve their lives. Many people have mobilize upwards and alot of them have forgotten that without the institutions maintaining these, they would be in a different place. Hence giving back becomes a priority.
For purposes of these photos, it portrays an art and just as any painting, it used what was available to capture the eye of the beholder, thus, it was manufactured and created resulting in the final product, the photographs.
