What is the purpose of this image. Why does this individual look serious and stern? Logic means investigation and fact finding analysis. I can notice that the right eye is slightly raised. Is he thinking about something? I wonder what it is.
For purposes of this photo, it portrays an art and just as any painting, it used what was available to capture the eye of the beholder, thus, it was manufactured and created resulting in the final product, the photograph.
